Here at Tickled Pink BBQ we take pride in our fresh food, we take our time and don't cut corners. Our pulled pork is smoked for 13 hours on apple wood cooked low and slow till it is fall apart tender. Our burger meat is picked up fresh on the day you get it and grilled on an open flame, and served on a toasted bun. Not all hot dogs are created equal , we serve grilled Angus beef hot dogs. Like smoked turkey, we do that also brined for two days then smoked till its perfect.

For truck service please ensure you have 45 foot area for us to park our truck and trailer. Let us know if there are any small bridges or height restrictions on the way to your home or event.
Salt potatoes are a regional dish of Syracuse, New York ,aka the salt city. They typically are served in the summertime when the young potatoes are first harvested. They are a bite sized young white potato that is boiled in a salt brine until they are done then they are smothered in butter. Salt potatoes date back to the 1800s, invented by local salt mine workers who created a simple and inexpensive lunch.
